How does currency conversion work?
You receive a single monthly invoice in your home currency (USD, GBP, EUR, CAD, CHF, SEK, etc.) at the mid-market FX rate locked at the time of invoice. On our side, INR payroll is run from our owned Indian entity, so there is no FX surprise downstream.
What compliance documents do employees and companies receive?
Employees get a compliant offer letter, employment contract, monthly payslips, Form 16, PF / ESI statements, and an experience letter at exit. You get a consolidated monthly invoice, a remittance reference for every payment, and the underlying compliance filings on demand.
What happens when an employee resigns or needs to be offboarded?
We manage the entire offboarding flow — notice period, final settlement, gratuity, asset recovery, experience letter, and statutory filings — so the employee leaves cleanly and your records stay audit-ready.
