Switching questions, answered honestly

Will my employees feel like they're switching jobs?

No. The novation is paperwork; the day-to-day doesn't change. Same role, same manager, same comp. They receive a single offer that mirrors their current package, with continuous service and accrued leave carried over.

What happens to gratuity and accrued leave?

Both carry over. We pull leave balances from your current EOR during the handover and continue accruing from day one. Gratuity service is calculated from the original join date, not the switch date.

How long does the full switch take?

6–12 weeks end-to-end for most teams. Smaller teams (under 10) can move in 4 weeks. The parallel-payroll cycle is the gating step — we never cut over without one clean reconciled run.

Do we lose any compliance history?

No. PF UANs are portable — employees keep the same number. ESI, PT, and gratuity service all carry forward. We archive the prior EOR's filings as part of the handover so audits stay clean.

What does it actually cost?

A flat $99 per employee per month, plus statutory contributions at cost. No setup fees, no per-cycle fees, no add-ons for BGV, POSH, or equipment shipping. We publish the full rate card on our pricing page.

Can we keep our HRIS (Rippling, BambooHR, etc.)?

Yes. We integrate with the major HRIS platforms and act as your India payroll + compliance layer underneath. Your existing HRIS remains the source of truth for employee data.
