Simmi Dixit has spent over two decades mastering what makes transformation succeed: an organisation whose culture, leadership, and people are ready to carry the strategy they are asked to deliver. A senior C-suite professional who works from the boardroom to the front line, she pairs a rare ability to see the full picture at 40,000 feet with the through-the-line execution discipline that turns vision into operating reality. Her conviction is simple: culture is where strategy comes to life, and change lands when the people asked to live it are brought along.
Her career spans the Middle East, Africa, Central Asia, and India, leading people strategy and change inside some of the region’s largest and most complex organisations. At Schneider Electric, as Director of HR Strategy and Workforce Planning for MEA, she defined and executed the regional people strategy, simplifying structures, rebalancing skills across markets, and integrating acquired companies into a unified operating model.
At Majid Al Futtaim, she progressed to Group Director of People Analytics, advising executive committees and the RemCo on workforce strategy and executive remuneration while directing large-scale digital and rewards transformation. Earlier, she led the Middle East Rewards Practice at PwC, advising public and private sector C-suites across industries, following formative roles at Aon Hewitt and GSK Consumer Healthcare.
Her delivery record shows the range. She has architected multi-year workforce strategies for some of the Gulf’s most demanding growth markets, including a Saudi programme covering more than 5,000 roles that aligned board-level ambition with market reality and secured the talent, cost efficiency, and future skills the business needed. She has built an enterprise People Analytics Centre of Excellence from the ground up, and directed a digital HR transformation across eight platform modules for over 15,000 employees, bringing internal leadership, technology teams, and external partners including Microsoft together to put data-driven workforce decisions in front of the board. These achievements span organisations like Schneider Electric and Majid Al Futtaim. Alongside her corporate roles, she has worked extensively with family offices and with the UAE and Saudi governments on organisation design and change programmes, bringing the same rigour to institutions where legacy, stakeholder complexity, and national ambition all shape the mandate.
What distinguishes Simmi is alignment. She is trusted by CEOs, CHROs, and boards to forge a shared vision at the top, then assemble the internal leadership, teams, and external partners best suited to deliver it. She has led change across large companies long enough to know that initiative fatigue is real and credibility is fragile, which is why her programmes are designed to be both ambitious and executable.
She brings that full span, business insight, cultural fluency, and delivery discipline, to founders, CEOs, and CHROs navigating their own moments of transformation.
