Onform builds the technology that helps athletes and coaches turn practice into measurable progress. It’s a video analysis platform powered by AI, machine learning, and cloud infrastructure. It’s built to support coaches and athletes across a wide range of sports.
Founded in 2020, Onform has scaled product and engineering in parallel since launch, with India engineering playing a meaningful role in the build.
Onform partnered with Wisemonk to expand access to experienced engineering talent in India. They wanted to hire early engineers, fast, with the seniority bar Onform would hire for at home.
