Payment Terms:

• The quoted prices are comprehensive, including all applicable taxes.
• Payment for leased equipment is due within a week of the billing date.

Ownership and Maintenance:

• All leased equipment remains the exclusive property of the Lessor, Wisemonk.
• The Lessee is responsible for regular equipment upkeep during the lease term.
• Any repairs not covered by the manufacturer's warranty will be the Lessee's responsibility, except if damage is due to Wisemonk's negligence or misconduct.

Product Responsibility and Service:

• Damaged or faulty equipment must be reported to the Wisemonk team within three days of delivery.
• Installation and setup of the equipment are handled by Wisemonk unless decided otherwise.

Security Measures:

• Wisemonk takes steps to enable remote locking of the device to mitigate theft or unauthorized use risks.

Lease Agreement:

• Once agreed upon, a detailed lease agreement encompassing the above details and additional provisions such as equipment storage, re-allocation, termination terms, data ownership, and privacy will be drafted. This agreement will be sent for review and signature upon order placement.

Sample Calculation:

For equipment valued at $10,000,

Annual Payment: Approximately $3,333.33.

Payment Due Dates:

Initial Payment: $3,333.33 (payable immediately).

Second Payment: $3,333.33 (payable after a year).

Final Payment: $3,333.33 (payable after two years).
