About the role

We're looking for a Product Designer to join our B2B SaaS team. You'll own the design of key product experiences, working closely with product and engineering to shape how our customers interact with our platform. This is a full-time role where you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on product direction and user experience.

What you'll do

• Design user interfaces and experiences for web-based SaaS products, from concept through implementation
• Build and maintain design systems that scale across the product
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define requirements and solve complex design problems
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions
• Iterate on designs based on feedback and analytics
• Document design patterns and best practices for the team

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of product design experience, ideally in B2B SaaS
• Proficiency in Figma and modern design tools
• Experience building or maintaining design systems
• Strong portfolio demonstrating your design process and problem-solving approach
• Ability to communicate design rationale to stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Understanding of user-centered design principles
• Attention to detail and commitment to accessibility standards
• Collaborative mindset and openness to feedback
