About the role

We're seeking an experienced Product Designer to join our team full-time and work remotely from India. You'll own the design of key product experiences for our B2B SaaS platform, working closely with product and engineering teams to shape how our users interact with our tools. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on a product used by businesses every day.

What you'll do

• Design intuitive user experiences for B2B SaaS features, from concept through implementation
• Create and maintain design systems that scale across our product
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define requirements and solve complex problems
• Produce high-fidelity prototypes and specifications in Figma
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions
• Iterate on designs based on feedback and product metrics
• Contribute to design documentation and best practices

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer, preferably in B2B SaaS
• Proficiency in Figma and demonstrated expertise with design systems
• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design work
• Experience collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility
• Ability to balance aesthetic design with practical business constraints
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
