About the role

We're looking for an AI Engineer to join our team on a full-time, remote basis from India. You'll work on designing, developing, and deploying artificial intelligence solutions that drive real impact. What you'll do

• Design and develop machine learning models and AI systems for production environments
• Build and optimize algorithms to solve complex business problems
• Implement end-to-end AI pipelines from data preprocessing to model deployment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions
• Conduct experiments and iterate on models to improve performance and accuracy
• Write clean, maintainable code and follow best practices in software engineering
• Monitor and maintain deployed models, addressing performance issues as they arise
• Stay current with advancements in AI and machine learning technologies

What we're looking for

• Strong foundation in machine learning, deep learning, or AI fundamentals
• Proficiency in Python and experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc.)
• Experience building and deploying machine learning models in production
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles
• Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
• Experience with cloud platforms or containerization tools is a plus
