**About the Role:** We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Senior Technical Developer with strong architectural understanding and technical implementation capabilities to work the development of next generation AI-powered applications. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering enterprise-grade solutions while mentoring a team of 2-3 developers. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities. Candidates with prior experience in the Insurance industry will be given preference.

This role requires a hands-on technical experience on Microsoft .NET, who can drive the development of Agentic AI, Generative AI, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions for a leading multinational organization. **Key Responsibilities: **

Core Technical

• Contribute to the architecture and design of end-to-end full-stack solutions.
• Make critical technical decisions and provide technical direction to the development team.
• Ensure adherence to software engineering best practices and enterprise architecture standards.

**Full-Stack Development:**

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable production-grade applications.
• Develop modern web applications using Microsoft .NET technologies and Blazor.
• Engineering excellence through coaching, code reviews, technical discussions, and continuous learning initiatives.
• Build secure, reusable, and high-performance backend services and APIs.

**AI & Generative AI Integration:**

• Lead the implementation of AI-powered capabilities using Generative AI and Agentic AI frameworks.
• Design and develop RAG solutions leveraging vector search and enterprise knowledge sources.
• Implement prompt engineering strategies and optimize AI application performance.
• Integrate OpenAI, Anthropic, and local LLM solutions such as Ollama.

**API & Integration:**

• Design, develop, and consume RESTful APIs. (minimum 3-4 years’ experience)
• Integrate applications with enterprise platforms, third-party services, and AI models.

**DevOps & Cloud Engineering:**

• Support containerization, CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and cloud infrastructure.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to maintain scalable and reliable environments.
• Contribute to platform observability, performance tuning, and operational excellence.

**Security, Performance & Reliability:**

• Ensure applications meet security, scalability, and performance requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement in code quality, testing, and deployment practices.
• Own application reliability and production support activities where required.

**Business Domain Knowledge:** Candidates with prior experience in the Insurance industry will be given preference, particularly any in the following business areas

• OpenAI APIs.

• Microsoft Agent Framework (MAF).
• RAG Pipelines.
• Prompt Engineering.
• Ollama and local LLM deployment.

**Databases:** Primary (Strong Experience - 4 to 5+ Years)
