Inception42 is seeking a Full Stack Developer to join our remote team. We're an AI-native company transforming cutting-edge research into sovereign deployments for governments and enterprises worldwide. In this full-time role, you'll work across our entire technology stack, building and maintaining systems that power real-world AI applications at scale.

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain full stack features across frontend and backend systems
• Design and implement scalable APIs and services
• Build responsive user interfaces that serve complex use cases
• Collaborate with researchers and product teams to translate requirements into working solutions
• Write clean, maintainable code with comprehensive testing
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices
• Troubleshoot and optimize application performance
• Deploy and monitor applications in production environments

What we're looking for

• Proficiency in modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue, or similar)
• Strong backend development experience with languages such as Python, Node.js, Go, or Java
• Solid understanding of databases, APIs, and system architecture
• Experience with version control and collaborative development workflows
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively in a remote environment
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
• Experience with cloud platforms or containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts or deployment pipelines is beneficial but not required
