AGENT DE TRANSIT IMPORT-EXPORT MULTIMODAL Maritime · Aérien · Routier | Poste 100 % télétravail — Inde MODALITÉS DU POSTE Type de poste : 100 % télétravail (remote) Localisation du salarié : Inde Cadre contractuel : contrat de travail local conclu via un Employer of Record (EOR) Horaires hebdomadaires : du lundi au vendredi, de 09h00 à 12h30 et de 14h00 à 17h30 (heure de Paris, CET/CEST) — soit 35 heures par semaine Langues de travail : français et anglais VOS MISSIONS – Prise de contact avec les clients et suivi des commandes auprès des agents et des clients – Planification et organisation des livraisons – Gestion des dossiers complets de transport multimodal — de la prise de booking jusqu'à la vérification facturation, avec envoi des documents nécessaires à l'expédition des marchandises, tous modes confondus (maritime, aérien, routier) :

• Coordination avec les transporteurs et les agents (maritime, aérien, routier)
• Interface avec le dépôt / l'entrepôt pour la réception des marchandises
• Établissement des documents de transport multimodaux (LTA aérienne, connaissement B/L maritime, lettre

de voiture CMR routière, etc.)

• Vérification et transmission des documents douaniers
• Vérification de la conformité des documents de transport au regard des réglementations ADR / IMDG / IATA
• Suivi des opérations de transit et gestion des ruptures de charge entre les différents modes
• Traitement des réclamations liées au transport
• Gestion des écarts de facturation des coûts de transport sur les expéditions
• Facturation des dossiers conformément aux cotations du service commercial

PROFIL SOUHAITÉ Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme en Transport / Logistique ou Commerce International et/ou justifiez d'une expérience d'au moins 2 ans dans le domaine du transport international, idéalement sur des opérations multimodales. – Vous maîtrisez les techniques et outils de messagerie – Vous êtes à l'aise avec les outils bureautiques (Word, Excel, Outlook) – Vous avez une excellente maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, à l'écrit comme à l'oral – La connaissance des Incoterms® 2020 et des procédures douanières est un atout Qualités requises : rigueur, organisation et méthode, réactivité, adaptabilité, bon relationnel, diplomatie, sens de la priorisation et autonomie — qualités indispensables dans un contexte de travail à distance. MULTIMODAL IMPORT-EXPORT FREIGHT FORWARDING AGENT Sea · Air · Road | Fully remote position — India POSITION DETAILS Position type: fully remote Employee location: India Contractual framework: local employment contract set up through an Employer of Record (EOR) Weekly working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–12:30 PM and 2:00 PM–5:30 PM (Paris time, CET/CEST) — i.e. 35 hours per week Working languages: French and English JOB DESCRIPTION – Contact customers and follow up with agents and customers on their orders – Plan and organise deliveries – Manage complete multimodal transport files — from booking to invoicing to sending the documents required for the shipment of goods, across all modes (sea, air, road):

• Coordination with carriers and agents (sea, air, road)
• Liaison with the warehouse for the receipt of goods
• Preparation of multimodal transport documents (Air Waybill, Bill of Lading, CMR consignment note, etc.)
• Verification and transmission of customs documents
• Verification of the conformity of transport documents with ADR / IMDG / IATA regulations
• Follow-up of transit operations and management of transfers between modes
• Processing of transport-related claims
• Handling shipping cost billing differences on shipments
• Invoicing of files taking into account quotations provided by the commercial department

QUALIFICATIONS & PROFILE You hold a degree in Transport / Logistics or International Business and/or have at least 2 years' experience in the field of international transport, ideally on multimodal operations. – Proficient in messaging techniques and tools – Comfortable with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) – Excellent command of both French and English, written and spoken – Knowledge of Incoterms® 2020 and customs procedures is an advantage Key qualities: rigour, organisation and method, responsiveness, adaptability, strong interpersonal skills, diplomacy, ability to prioritise and autonomy — essential qualities in a remote working context.
