Job Overview

About the role

About Us:

We build the training data that teaches the next generation of Vision Language Action (VLA) models and World Foundation Models (WFMs) how to act in the physical world. Getting this data - at scale, at quality, from real environments - is one of the hardest open problems in physical AI, and it is the problem we exist to solve.

Doing it means running a real-world operation: a network of vendors, capture sites, operators and contributors across India, all producing data to a standard that frontier labs can train on. That operation is what this role owns.

Role Overview:

You will lead strategic growth projects and help run our India operations. This is a high-ownership, high-autonomy role - you own the P&L for your projects and operations, you work directly with vendors, operators and customers, and you do whatever it takes to increase the volume of high-quality data we collect.

It is a builder's job, not a caretaker's. Most of what you need will not exist yet; you will design it, launch it, and then make it repeatable.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

● Own the P&L for your projects and for India operations - unit economics of data capture, vendor rates, contributor payouts, throughput and margin. Your bonus moves with it. ● Grow the volume of high-quality data collected - month on month, across the network. ● Write the SOPs for high-quality capture and enforce them - across vendors and sites you don't directly manage - and build the quality loop behind them: sampling, audits, rework. ● Forecast both sides of the equation - data demand from customers and model teams, and contributor and operator capacity to meet it. Plan supply ahead of demand. ● Run and grow the vendor and operator network - onboard, negotiate, set SLAs, and unblock them day to day so volume keeps moving. ● Launch new capture programmes end to end - scope, sites, partners, pilot, scale - and be the operational point of contact for customers. Expect to travel up to 25%; this job isn't run from a desk.

What We’re Looking For:

● 2–5 years in operations, business ops, supply/network ops, program management, strategy & ops, consulting, or a founding team ● Excellent communication and stakeholder management ● Hands-on with vendors, partners or field teams ● Open to - 25% travel and high ownership; comfortable with ambiguity
