We are seeking a Technology Research – AI & Emerging Technologies to research, evaluate, and compare AI and emerging technology tools across sectors. This role turns market and product research into clear recommendations for internal teams and clients. Note: This is a market research and analysis role, not an ML engineering, software development, or data science position.

##Key Responsibilities #Technology and Market Research -Research AI products, emerging technologies, software platforms, startups, and vendors. -Monitor developments in generative AI, AI agents, automation, analytics, cybersecurity, cloud, productivity, and industry-specific solutions. -Identify tools that can improve productivity, reduce cost, automate work, strengthen security, or create new business opportunities.

#Tool and Vendor Evaluation

-Create concise product and vendor profiles covering purpose, capabilities, users, use cases, pricing, and implementation needs. -Assess maturity, market presence, customer evidence, risks, competitors, and alternatives. -Validate important information using vendor documentation and credible independent sources. -Conduct basic hands-on testing through demos, trials, or sandbox environments when available. Comparative and Sector Analysis -Prepare feature matrices, vendor scorecards, product shortlists, market maps, and category summaries. -Compare tools using criteria such as functionality, usability, pricing, integrations, scalability, security, maturity, and business value. -Recommend the strongest tools for demonstration, testing, or pilot consideration.

#Required Skills and Qualifications

#Research and Analysis -Strong market, product, and business research skills. -Analytical mindset with sound judgment when assessing vendor claims and comparing products. -Ability to quickly understand unfamiliar products, industries, and technology categories. -Curiosity about AI, software, emerging technology, and business applications.

#Communication and Documentation -Excellent written and spoken English. -Ability to explain technical concepts clearly for business audiences. -Strong organization, documentation, follow-up, and attention to detail. -Ability to manage multiple assignments independently and collaboratively.

#Basic Technical Knowledge -Business-level understanding of AI, generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, responsible AI, data privacy, -SaaS, cloud platforms, APIs, integrations, and common workflows.

#Education and Experience -Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field. -Two to three years of experience in technology or market research, competitive intelligence, product research, tech journalism, SaaS analysis, or vendor evaluation is preferred. -Strong recent graduates are welcome if they can demonstrate excellent research, analytical, coordination, and English communication skills. -No AI/ML degree or advanced programming experience is required.
