AmTrust Financial JD 1 — Agentic AI Developer Location: Chennai / Remote | Type: Full-time | Experience: 3+ Years ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for an Agentic AI Developer who is passionate about building intelligent systems that gobeyond experiments and into real-world use. You will design, develop, and deploy AI Agents, LLM-powered features, and end-to-end AI pipelines that drive tangible business outcomes for a leading MNC organisation.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES ● Design and deploy AI Agents that automate workflows, support decisions, and drive measurable business outcomes ● Develop and deploy AI/ML models and LLM-powered features into productioenvironments ● Build and manage RAG pipelines, embedding pipelines, and vector database integrations ● Work with prompt engineering and agentic orchestration frameworks to bring intelligent features to life ● Integrate AI frameworks such as Semantic Kernel and MAF into scalable solutions ● Work with on-premises models (e.g. Qwen on H200s) and cloud-based AI APIs (OpenAI / Anthropic) ● Handle model fine-tuning, evaluation, and MLOps / LLMOps practices ● Design and consume RESTful APIs that support AI feature integrations ● Monitor, optimise, and take ownership of AI systems — reliability, accuracy, and performance matter ● Collaborate in agile teams, participate in code reviews, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement ● Engage with stakeholders to translate business needs into intelligent technical solutions TECH STACK & SKILLS Frontend / Backend: Blazor, TypeScript, .NET, REST API, Python AI / LLM: OpenAI / Anthropic APIs, Semantic Kernel, MAF, RAG Pipelines, Prompt Engineering, SLM/LLM Ollama ML Frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Model Fine-tuning, MLOps / LLMOps Databases: Vector Databases, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, Kafka DevOps: Github Copilot, OpenCode, Docker, Kubernetes, Git, CI/CD, Azure ADO
