THE ROLE You'll own product design end-to-end for our mobile app and website. This is a hands-on, early-stage role: you'll shape how complex health data becomes something people understand, trust and act on every day. We're looking for a designer who thinks in problems and outcomes, not just screens. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Own the full design process for the mobile app and website — discovery, user flows, wireframes, interaction design and polished UI. - Turn dense health and biometric data into interfaces that feel simple, human and reassuring. - Partner closely with founders, engineering and nutrition/clinical experts to shape what gets built and why. - Design for behaviour change — habit loops, nudges, onboarding and retention moments that respect the user. - Build and maintain a scalable design system across platforms. - Validate with real users, then iterate quickly on what you learn. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - 6–8 years of product design experience, with meaningful ownership of consumer-facing mobile apps. - Strong UX and product thinking — you can frame the problem, not just execute the brief. - Excellent visual craft and fluency in Figma; comfortable with prototyping and design systems. - Experience designing data-heavy or information-dense products in a way that stays approachable. - Comfortable in an early-stage, ambiguous setup — you scope your own work and move without a large support structure. - A portfolio that shows the thinking behind the outcome, not only the final screens. NICE TO HAVE - Background in consumer health, wellness, fitness, longevity or diagnostics products. - Experience with wearables, health tracking or data-led digital products. - Familiarity with the UAE / GCC market or designing for multi-market audiences. - Exposure to motion design, brand or content design.
