# Hire Salesforce developers in India, powered by Mira AI.

Find certified Salesforce developers, admins and consultants in India, Apex to every cloud. Mira AI scores each application against your scorecard the moment it lands.

Mira AI turns a sentence into a job description and a scorecard, then scores every applicant against it.

What you can hire

## The Salesforce roles companies hire for most.

Pick the one closest to your org and open the role from there. Anything outside this list is scored on the same scorecard.

### Salesforce Development

Apex, triggers, SOQL, unit tests

### Lightning Development

LWC, Aura, SLDS, Visualforce

### Salesforce Administration

Flows, permissions, reports, data hygiene

### Salesforce Consulting

Discovery, process design, UAT, rollout

### Marketing & Commerce Cloud

Journey Builder, AMPscript, B2C Commerce

### CPQ & Revenue Cloud

Quoting, pricing rules, approvals, billing

### Any other Salesforce role

MuleSoft, Field Service, Health Cloud, Tableau CRM and more. Name the cloud and Mira AI builds the scorecard around it.

- 01 Post

  ### Post a role

  - The clouds you run, the customisations in place and the seniority you need
  - Mira AI turns it into a scorecard weighted to your org rather than a generic Apex ad
  - Salary band for Salesforce talent checked against payroll data before it goes live
  - Every role gets a shareable link and goes live on the Wisemonk job board
- 02 Screen

  ### Screen with AI

  - Ranked on platform depth and cloud fit rather than badge count
  - Each place in the order carries the reasoning behind it
  - Agency submissions and referrals scored on the same scale
  - Mira AI calls each candidate and asks your screening questions, recorded with a transcript you can read
- 03 Interview

  ### Run interviews

  - Trailhead profile, certifications and past org work linked on the profile
  - Book a configuration exercise or an Apex review in a click
  - Notes, recordings and team scores kept against the role
  - Mira drafts each scorecard, so your panel edits instead of starting from blank
- 04 Decide

  ### Decide together

  - Every stage, note and team score in one thread
  - Mira keeps the panel current in Slack, so nobody chases an update
  - Export to your own ATS, or run the whole process here
  - No Indian entity? Wisemonk can employ whoever you choose, decided at offer stage

Meet Mira AI

## It reads the work, not the CV.

Mira AI reads every Salesforce application through the work that actually shipped: what the person owned, the constraints they worked inside, and the evidence they can show for both. Every applicant is measured against the same scorecard, in the same way, on the day they apply.

Reading applications as they land

### Proof beats a polished CV.

You describe the Salesforce role and what success looks like in it, and Mira AI ranks each applicant with the reasoning written out in sentences you can read and disagree with. The people who rise are the ones whose work backs up the claim. A first read, never the final word.

- Weighs work someone actually shipped above the tools listed on a CV
- Every ranking carries the why, including the near-misses
- Reads for judgement and communication alongside technical depth
- Reorders the shortlist as new Salesforce applicants arrive

### You are implementing Salesforce for the first time

Consultants and admins decide more here than Apex does. Process design is what determines whether the org is still usable in its second year.

- Salesforce Consultants
- Salesforce Administrators
- Sales Cloud Consultants
- Service Cloud Consultants
- Business Analysts

### You are customising an org beyond what clicks allow

This is where Apex, triggers and Lightning Web Components start earning their keep. Hire for code depth on the platform, not for badge count.

- Salesforce Developers
- Apex Developers
- Lightning Developers
- LWC Developers
- Visualforce Developers

### You are connecting Salesforce to the rest of your stack

Integration work fails on data models rather than on APIs. Look for someone who has mapped objects across systems before, not just called an endpoint.

- Salesforce Integration Developers
- MuleSoft Developers
- Salesforce Architects
- Data Migration Specialists

### You are running marketing, commerce or quoting on the platform

These are separate products with separate skills. A strong Sales Cloud developer is not automatically a Marketing Cloud one.

- Marketing Cloud Developers
- Commerce Cloud Developers
- CPQ Specialists
- Pardot Specialists
- Experience Cloud Developers

Seniority

## Badges stack fast. Judgment does not.

Writing the org scope into the scorecard filters far harder than asking for a certification count in the ad.

### Junior

0 to 2 years

Works inside an existing org, building flows, reports and simple Apex under review. Usually one or two certifications and little production ownership.

### Mid-level

3 to 5 years

Owns a feature or a single cloud end to end, from requirement to deployment. The deepest band in India and the quickest to fill.

### Senior

6 to 9 years

Owns the data model and the release process, decides declarative versus code, and reviews other people's work. Notice is usually 60 to 90 days.

### Architect / Lead

10 years and up

Sets org strategy across clouds and integrations, and has carried a multi-org or migration programme. A small pool, priced accordingly.

Developer vs admin vs consultant

## Which Salesforce role you actually need.

Most hiring mistakes on this platform are role mistakes rather than candidate mistakes. A rough guide before you write the brief.

| Role | What they own | Certifications to expect | Hiring pool in India |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| Salesforce Administrator | Users, permissions, flows, reports and data hygiene | Administrator, Advanced Administrator | Deepest of any Salesforce role |
| Salesforce Developer | Apex, triggers, LWC, tests and everything past the click limit | Platform Developer I and II | Deep, concentrated in Hyderabad and Bengaluru |
| Salesforce Consultant | Requirements, process design, rollout and user adoption | Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant | Mid-sized, weighted towards services firms |
| Salesforce Architect | Data model, integrations, multi-org strategy, technical debt | Application or System Architect, CTA | Small and priced at a premium |
| Cloud specialist | One product in depth: Marketing, Commerce, CPQ or Field Service | Product-specific consultant or developer | Narrow per product, thin at senior level |

What to screen for

## The lines worth putting in a Salesforce brief.

Name the ones that matter for your org and every applicant is weighed against them the moment they apply.

### Declarative versus code

Knowing when a flow is enough and when Apex is warranted. Writing code for something clicks already solve is the commonest waste of money on this platform.

### Governor limits

Bulkified triggers, SOQL outside loops and async patterns. Code that passes on ten records and dies on ten thousand is the classic Salesforce failure.

### Data model and sharing

Objects, relationships, sharing rules and field-level security. A tidy model early is what stops the org calcifying two years later.

### Integrations

REST and SOAP APIs, platform events and middleware such as MuleSoft. Most Salesforce projects come apart at the seams with other systems, not inside the org.

### Release management

Sandboxes, change sets, SFDX and CI. Teams still deploying by hand on a Friday afternoon are the teams with the outages.

### Apex testing

Tests that assert real behaviour, rather than filler written to clear the 75% coverage gate the night before a deployment.

FAQs

## Frequently asked questions

What CRM owners and engineering leads ask before they open a first Salesforce role in India.

**How do I hire Salesforce developers in India?**

Open the role with the clouds you run, the seniority you need and the timezone overlap you want. Mira AI drafts the job description and a scorecard weighted to your org, the role reaches our candidate community, and every application is scored against it as it arrives. You interview the ranked shortlist, and when you are ready to offer, Wisemonk employs the person on your behalf, so no Indian entity is required.

**Should I hire a Salesforce admin, developer or consultant?**

Start from what is actually broken. If users are fighting the org day to day, that is an administrator. If you have hit the limit of what clicks can do, that is a developer. If the process itself is wrong and needs redesigning with the business, that is a consultant. Many teams hire a developer when an experienced admin would have solved the problem for less, so write the work into the brief before you pick a title.

**How much does it cost to hire a Salesforce developer in India?**

It depends on seniority, the clouds involved and the city. A mid-level Apex developer costs less than a senior one who owns the data model and the release process, and architects sit well above both. Bands also shift between Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Pune and smaller hubs. When you open a role we check your band against our own payroll data for Salesforce talent and tell you before it goes live whether it will fill. Statutory employer costs such as provident fund and gratuity are added on top of the salary, and Wisemonk carries them as the legal employer.

**Do I need certified Salesforce developers?**

Certifications are useful as a filter and worthless as a finish line. Platform Developer I tells you someone has learned the syntax; it does not tell you they have bulkified a trigger under load or survived a migration. Ask for the certifications that match the cloud you run, then screen on the org work behind them. Mira AI weighs both, and says which one carried the score.

**Which Salesforce clouds can I hire for in India?**

Sales Cloud and Service Cloud have the deepest pools by a distance, followed by Marketing Cloud and Experience Cloud. Commerce Cloud, CPQ, Field Service and Health Cloud are narrower, and thin at senior level, so expect those searches to take longer. MuleSoft, Tableau CRM and Nonprofit Cloud can all be opened the same way; the scorecard is built from your brief, not from a fixed list.

**Can Salesforce developers in India work US or UK hours?**

A working overlap with the UK and Europe is the default and rarely negotiated. Full US-hours shifts draw from a smaller pool, so set the overlap you need when you open the role and only candidates who accept it will apply. Consulting-background Salesforce talent is often the most used to working someone else's hours.

**How do you check a Salesforce developer's real platform depth?**

Mira AI scores each application against the scorecard you wrote, which for Salesforce usually means named clouds, years on the platform, the size of the orgs they have worked in and whether they have written production Apex. Every score comes with the reasoning. You still run your own rounds, and the workspace keeps the configuration exercise, code review notes and team scorecards on one thread.

**Do I need an entity in India to employ a Salesforce developer?**

No. Wisemonk becomes the legal employer, holds the contract, runs payroll and handles provident fund, gratuity, ESI and income tax withholding. You direct the work day to day. If you already have an Indian entity you can employ the person on it instead, and that is decided at offer stage rather than when you open the role.

**Why do Salesforce hires often take longer than other engineering hires?**

Two reasons. Senior Salesforce talent in India sits mostly inside consulting and services firms, where 60 to 90 day notice periods are the norm rather than the exception. And the pool narrows sharply once you name a specific cloud. Setting the notice period you can live with, and being honest about which certifications are genuinely required, are the two levers that widen the pool most.

**What is the difference between a Salesforce developer and an architect?**

A developer builds inside decisions that have already been made: Apex, Lightning Web Components, tests and integrations against an agreed data model. An architect makes those decisions, across clouds, orgs and the systems Salesforce has to talk to, and answers for them when they turn out wrong. If your data model is already settled, hire a developer. If it is not, hiring a developer first usually means rebuilding later.

**Does Mira AI work in Slack?**

Yes. Mira posts candidate updates into Slack as they happen and answers questions there in plain language — who applied, where a role stands, what is waiting on whom. A weekly digest names the roles that have gone quiet. Hiring managers and interviewers can follow a search without ever opening the workspace.

**How do you know what the salary should be?**

From our own payroll. Wisemonk pays over 2,000 employees in India, so the benchmark behind your role is what people in that specialism and city are actually being paid this month, not a published survey. Mira checks your band against it before the role goes live and tells you if it will not fill.

**What does Mira AI do after the shortlist?**

Candidates book themselves into your panel's availability, and your meeting note-taker captures the interview. Mira AI keeps everything with the role and flags which scorecards are still outstanding, so a decision is never waiting on someone who forgot.

**Do I pay for candidates I found myself?**

No. A candidate already in your ATS, or who came from your careers page, a referral or another job board, stays yours. They are scored against the same scorecard as ours and carry no fee. A fee applies only to candidates our recruiters or our community bring you.

**Does Mira AI actually call candidates?**

Yes. Upload the job description and Mira AI suggests a set of screening questions, which you can use as they are or edit. It then phones candidates, tells each one at the start that they are speaking to an AI, and asks what you set. The call is recorded and you can read the transcript on the candidate's profile, alongside how their application scored.
